Are you insured?
Yes. We carry a general liability insurance policy for your protection and peace of mind. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card (3% processing fee), ACH, and Venmo. For buyers and sellers under contract, we can also arrange payment through title at closing. Payment is not due until the work has been completed..
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
To ensure efficient service, please clear the work area to allow easy access. If you have any customer-supplied materials, have them ready and available when we arrive.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit is only required for:
Special-order materials
Job-specific materials over $250
Materials designated as non-returnable by the supplier
If a deposit is required, it will be clearly outlined in your estimate.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All completed services include a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 1-year materials warranty for materials we supply. We do not warranty customer-provided materials. If you experience an issue, please contact us directly—your satisfaction is our top priority..
